Andrea Pacchiarotti Leads specialty welding services

NOOTER recently strengthened leadership within its Specialty Welding Services, reinforcing the company’s focus on disciplined execution, technical rigor, and safety across complex industrial environments.

As part of this continued focus, Andrea Pacchiarotti recently joined NOOTER and leads specialty welding services as Director of Specialty Welding, bringing more than 25 years of global experience across the energy, power, and industrial sectors. His background spans Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and North America, where he has led specialty welding organizations supporting critical infrastructure and highly regulated operations.

In this role, Pacchiarotti is responsible for the strategic direction, technical leadership, and execution of NOOTER’s specialty welding services. His work centers on strengthening field execution, advancing specialty welding capabilities, and ensuring alignment with NOOTER’s broader construction and industrial services platform.

Pacchiarotti is recognized for delivering complex, safety-critical welding solutions with a consistent focus on quality, reliability, and risk management. Throughout his career, he has developed technical protocols, led multinational teams, and supported clients operating in environments where performance and safety are non-negotiable.

Pacchiarotti holds a Master’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” and an Executive MBA from the Politecnico di Milano. He is fluent in English and Italian and has contributed to international industry conferences across the energy and industrial sectors.
