Our product range includes all large field erected Cooling Tower models: counter flow, cross flow and hybrid cooling towers, all designed to fit different plot plans.
We can design Concrete, Timber and Steel structure. Our expertise is mainly with pultruded profiles in fiber reinforced polyester (FRP).
FRP profiles reach the site already cut and drilled as per drawings ready to be assembled with bolted connections. This guarantees high resistance in term of corrosion improving the constructability and the maintainability of the structure.
We are focused on single row tube air cooled condensers for different applications such as combined cycles, waste to energy and biomass plants.
In these kind of condensers, the main exhaust steam is condensed in parallel flow tube bundles and the residual steam is counter flow or “reflux” tube bundles.
Visible plume is essentially pure water vapor discharged from cooling towers at their operating conditions.
Hybrid cooling towers are designed to avoid visible plume to comply with local regulations and simplify the permitting phase of your plant.
They work combining a wet evaporative cooling tower with a dry heat exchanger located in the upper part of the structure.
A hybrid cooling tower minimize visible plume and provide a cost effective evaporative cooling reducing the environmental impact
Next can meet the most stringent requirements for noise attenuation of the supplied equipment by an early made noise study, with evaluation of the various alternative scenarios.
