ROGER RUSCH<\/h3>\n

Managing Director - South Africa<\/p>\n

With over 30 years of experience at IWC, Roger has played a pivotal role in designing and building cooling towers across a wide range of industrial applications.<\/p>\n

His career began as a project engineer at IWC in 1993, and he steadily rose through the ranks to become Managing Director in 2002. Roger holds a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Pretoria University of Technology and completed a Management Advancement Program at the University of Johannesburg. He is also a registered Professional Construction Project Manager in South Africa.<\/p>\n

Roger\u2019s expertise spans project management, system design, commissioning, and performance testing\u2014making him a key figure in IWC\u2019s growth and innovation in the cooling technology sector.<\/p>\n \n <\/article>\n\n \n

LUIGI ZANZI<\/h3>\n

Managing Director \u2013 Switzerland<\/p>\n

Luigi holds a Master\u2019s Degree in Civil Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and began his career in 1997 as a Project Manager in the cooling industry.<\/p>\n

In 2001, he transitioned to commercial roles and, since 2003, has held senior leadership positions\u2014first as Global Sales Director and later as CEO. In these roles, he was responsible for delivering commercial strategies and driving business development and global expansion for two industry-leading companies.<\/p>\n

Since 2020, he has been serving as Managing Director of NEXT Cooling SA, a newly established company within the Nooter\/Eriksen group. In this role, he is responsible for shaping the entire organization, leading its market development and positioning, and defining long-term strategies to ensure sustainable growth and long-term value creation.<\/p>\n \n <\/article>\n\n \n

Constantin is a hands-on entrepreneur and C-level executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in the Heat Transfer, Power, and Infrastructure industries.<\/p>\n

He holds a Master\u2019s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial & International Management, and a Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Economics, both from the University of Mannheim, Germany.<\/p>\n

Constantin is the founder of ASCTI India and several other companies, bringing broad experience in building, growing, and managing businesses across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, along with deep expertise in the Power and Cooling Solution markets. Having spent the vast majority of his career in developing markets, he combines target-oriented, problem-solving competence with long-standing experience across diverse cultural and organizational environments.<\/p>\n \n <\/article>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n
